Hey Jason, great question! I'm sure others will jump in and give their answer, but as of today AI has limited root cause analysis for very specific protocols. To diagnose a problem through packet capture often takes a creative mind to work through the ins and outs of the decode along with a knowledge of how the application itself is designed to work before coming up with a root cause. Today in Apex, we have the End User Experience (EUE) score which uses machine learning to give not only the domain of the problem (Network, Server, Application, or Client) but a score to help understand the impact and where the problem is. When will we have AI that can consistently find the root cause in generalized protocols? that might take a little longer
